Below is a chart with my daily weights so you can see how they change. I will also include them in a graph form.
Although I plan to weigh myself daily, sometimes I may skip a day for traveling or other reason. When that happens, I will just use the measurement from the previous day for purposes of the chart. (Those days will have an * next to the day).
I like numbers (as you can see from the chart:). Below the chart are some explanations of the different columns.
Weight Loss Chart
Chart Explanation by Column
- Weight: Daily weights measured in pounds. If I skip a day, I use the previous days weight and there is an * near the day of the week to indicate that it wasn’t a real measurement.
- Change: This records the weight loss from day to day. (A negative number indicates a weight gain.)
- Tot Chg: This column keeps track of the total weight loss. Hopefully this number continues to get larger and larger!
- Wt/day: This column keeps track of the average weight loss per day. To get this number I divide the total weight loss by the number of days.
