At the start of this wellness endeavor, I decided to take some of my body measurements about every 3 weeks to have another non-scale way of tracking my progress. I measured several different body areas, including the main ones of arm, chest, waist, hips and thigh.
I’m also measuring other non-scale health and fitness markers every two weeks.
Week 3 Measurement Update
After the first 3 weeks on this program using a ketogenic diet, I’m happy to report that I have a lost a total of…
(drumroll, please…)
15 inches!!
15 inches lost in 3 weeks.
And 6 of those inches were from my arms, chest, waist, hips and thighs. Over a foot of me lost.
Just to recap, that is 15 inches of less:
- Space to take up.
- Extra weight to carry – physical & emotional.
- Burden, discouragement & hopelessness.
15 inches closer to better health, wellness and vitality.
I feel lighter already.
And it has nothing to do with the scale:)
