My Fitness Level: Updated
My Fitness Level: Every two weeks during my wellness endeavor, I will evaluate 10 basic fitness and health measures.
This will help me see how my health fitness improve during this process and have a different way to measure my progress other than just the scale.

As you can see from the chart below, there were occasional days when I didn’t perform a test. Those days are marked with a “–” value.
Additionally, I had to modify some of the tests at first because I wasn’t able to do them as described. (For example, I couldn’t get up on the ball of one foot for the balance test at the beginning). These values are marked with a “*”.
