Weight Loss Graph: Updated
Below is a weight loss graph with my daily weights. This will keeps me accountable and also serve as inspiration and motivation.
The goal during this process is to weigh myself daily, but occasionally I will have to skip a day (like when I travel). When this happens, I will just use the weight from the previous day to make the graph work. I will also have my updated weights recorded in chart form here.
Keeping track is an important part of this process, and the goal isn’t just weight loss, but improved overall health and fitness. I will also be measuring 10 non-scale heath and fitness markers here and my measurements here.
I will try to update this as regularly as possible.
