My measurements: updated.
Every four weeks during this wellness endeavor, I will be taking my body measurements. In addition to weight loss, I want to see how these numbers change during this process. The measurements are all in inches.
Although I am measuring several different body parts, I will just include the main ones here including: arm, chest, waist, hip and thigh.
Other than measurements and weight, I will regularly be updating some other health parameters. You can see my weight loss graph here and my weight loss chart here. I’m also monitoring 10 non-scale health and fitness markers, and these can be found here.
